I'm starting training today for the St. Patrick's Day 5k next month. I'm gonna try to run a few 5ks and possibly longer races to get started training for the Pikes Peak Ascent.
I found some nice training regimens for getting ready for a 5k. I may fast track it a little bit with only a month to go and I've run a 5k before. I'll update this post later with training info.
