moved up to week 2 of FC25K

I moved up to week 2 of the training sessions for the From Couch to 5K regimen. This afternoon, I jogged for 90 seconds followed by two minutes of brisk walking. This went on for 20 minutes and then I walked home from my "track" and stretched. I noticed that the side stitches are holding off until the end of the 20 minutes and even then it was manageable with some breathing adjustments. I'm still working on getting my breathing rhythm consistent. I'll knock out another one of the week 2 sessions on Wednesday afternoon.
