second training session done

So I snuck out of the office a few hours early today since it was once again a beautiful February day and got in 9 holes of golf. I still suck, but it was worth it just to get outside. I walked, of course, and thats at least 3,000 yards. We'll call it 1.5 miles to be conservative. As soon as I got back, I put the leash on Boomer and went out for From Couch to 5K (henceforth known as FC25K) training session 2. Everything felt pretty good and I was again pulling Boomer by the end of the 20 minutes.

The weather isn't supposed to be as nice this weekend, but I'm going to try and move to week 2 of FC25K on Saturday or Sunday.

I got registered for the 5K on St. Pat's Day race this morning also!
